Eno Akan-Essien brings over 25 years of international business experience, successfully interfacing with multinational corporations and sovereign governments to drive large-scale development projects across Canada, The Republic of Congo, Gabon, and The Democratic Republic of Congo. As the Managing Director of Babine Ventures Inc., she has led transformative initiatives spanning education, healthcare, social programs, and critical infrastructure, ensuring sustainable development tailored to Africa’s unique needs.

Born and raised in Nigeria, educated in Europe, and with extensive professional experience in North America, Eno possesses a deep cross-cultural understanding that allows her to seamlessly engage with diverse stakeholders across different socio-economic, educational, and cultural landscapes. This global perspective enables her to design and implement customized solutions that bridge developmental gaps in Africa, aligning with LWB’s mission to drive sustainable, high-impact change in education, public sector development, and economic empowerment.
